Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
Overview
Responsible for safely administering medications and supporting resident care in accordance with physician orders and state regulations.
Key Duties
- Administer medications accurately and on schedule
- Observe and report changes in resident’s condition
- Maintain medication records
- Assist with daily resident care as needed
Requirements
Compassionate, reliable, team-oriented
Active CMT certification
Attention to detail and strong communication skills

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Overview
Provides hands-on daily care and support to residents, promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
Key Duties
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report resident changes
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
Requirements
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Active CNA certification
Experience in assisted living preferred

DPSCS-Cleared Staff
Overview
Supports resident safety and facility compliance while meeting all DPSCS and state regulatory requirements.
Key Duties
- Ensure safety and supervision of residents
- Follow DPSCS and facility policies
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with care teams
Requirements
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Valid DPSCS clearance or certification
Strong understanding of compliance and safety standards
